Built for Underserved Communities
Across the Mountain West and Southwest, many rural and semi-rural communities have historically lacked access to the breadth of specialist care available in larger metro areas. IMG was built to change that — bringing podiatry, pain management, mental health, palliative care, and more directly to patients in Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah.
From Cortez, CO to Farmington, NM to Monticello, UT, our offices are placed where patients actually live — not just where it is most convenient for a large health system.
